We recommend waiting to travel 2 weeks from your first injection but can be given up to the day of departure.

Covered For

18 months after the first dose and 25 years from completing the course after which time a booster is required.

Doses Per Course

A course of 2 injections are required in the upper arm 6-12 months apart.

Side Effects

Potential slight tenderness, redness and swelling at the injection site. A few may experience slight fever, headache, general aching and malaise after one day, lasting for 24 hours.
